Conservation Repairs at Paisley Abbey and Place of Paisley, Paisley

Description

The works to the Church comprise conservation repairs of the external fabric, focused on roof and stonework repairs on the South side of the Abbey. The works include re-roofing St Mirin Chapel, replacing and installing new rainwater goods to be connected to existing drainage, localised stone repairs, cleaning of masonry and improving ventilation to roof spaces. Lot 1: Selection of a suitable Contractor with recent relevant experience (refer to Tender Document Appendix B - Pre Qualification Questionaire) in delivering similar contracts. Contract will be awarded to a single suitable Contractor following evaluation of the Tender Price and Pre Qualification Questionaire submitted as part of this tender process.
