Award of PKC13188 Payment Card Services

Description

Perth and Kinross Council were seeking to secure a contract for payment cards. Payment cards are currently used to enable customers to make payments for Council Tax, Housing Rents and other tenancy charges e.g. court costs and rechargeable repairs. The supplier would need to provide a variety of payment methods promoting the take up of electronic transactions. Customers should be able to make payments at Council Offices, Post Offices and various other outlets that display the “Paypoint Sign”. Lot 1: Perth and Kinross Council were seeking to secure a contract for payment cards. Payment cards are currently used to enable customers to make payments for Council Tax, Housing Rents and other tenancy charges e.g. court costs and rechargeable repairs. The supplier will provide a variety of payment methods promoting the take up of electronic transactions. Customers should be able to make payments at Council Offices, Post Offices and various other outlets that display the “Paypoint Sign”.. This contract is for 3 years with an option to extend for two periods of 12 months.
