IT3281C - RFT for the Provision of a Research Ethics and Compliance Management Software for the University of Limerick (UL)

Description

University of Limerick is a is a research active institution where ethical compliance is paramount to all research conducted within the university. To support this, the University requires a streamlined, robust and integrated ethics approval solution. The University currently uses the Elsevier PURE Research Information Management System for tracking research outputs with plans to expand this to projects and awards management. The proposed Ethics Approval solution will serve as the system of record for all research ethics applications and approvals. The solution must seamlessly integrate with the PURE system as well as other core University systems (details further below). The solution is essential to ensure cohesive and efficient data management of postgraduate research ethics submissions and approvals.
