Description
Consultancy assistance for the completion of "the Norwegian Defence supply logistics project" Lot 1: The preliminary project and main project in "the Norwegian Defence supply logistics project" has previously been announced as a re-opening of the competition under the Norwegian Defence's framework agreement for consultancy services. The project has not been completed. The main project (implementation period) is divided into periods of two new phases. This procurement includes assistance completing work in phase 1 of the main project, as well as start-up and completion of phase 2. The procurement was made in accordance with the procedure for open tender contests, wherein all interested parties have had a chance to participalte.
