Hastoe Housing Association Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment Contracts

Description

The works will include the delivery of Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishments, to properties owned and managed by Hastoe Housing Association. The opportunity relates to geographic Lots and will relate to a four year initial contract term, with provision for a further two year extension. Lot 2: London The works will include the delivery of Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishments, to properties owned and managed by Hastoe Housing Association within this geographic region. The successful Contractor shall deliver a high-quality service offering value for money to residents and also provide and secure continuous improvements across all of the works. Lot 3: East Sussex The works will include the delivery of Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishments, to properties owned and managed by Hastoe Housing Association within this geographic region. The successful Contractor shall deliver a high-quality service offering value for money to residents and also provide and secure continuous improvements across all of the works. Lot 4: West Sussex/Hampshire The works will include the delivery of Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishments, to properties owned and managed by Hastoe Housing Association within this geographic region. The successful Contractor shall deliver a high-quality service offering value for money to residents and also provide and secure continuous improvements across all of the works. Lot 1: Essex, Suffolk and Hertfordshire The works will include the delivery of Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishments, to properties owned and managed by Hastoe Housing Association within this geographic region. The successful Contractor shall deliver a high-quality service offering value for money to residents and also provide and secure continuous improvements across all of the works.
