Description
The proposed instrument shall be a microfluidics-based droplet generation system designed for the encapsulation of biological and biochemical materials such as living immune cells within highly stable, picoliter-volume droplets. The system MUST support downstream applications including continued cell culture followed by single-cell analysis by flow cytometry pipelines.
