Almond Housing Association - Framework Agreement for Electrical Rewiring and Associated Works 2024-2028

Description

The scope of works include for the electrical rewiring and associated works of void and occupied properties. Lot 1: Almond Housing Association intend to enter into a framework agreement with a single contractor for electrical rewiring and associated works to void and occupied properties. It is envisaged that the Contractor passing the Community Benefit Matrix Outcome and scoring highest following the overall price and quality evaluation will be appointed to the Framework. It is anticipated that the initial work order raised under this Framework Agreement will be for the 100Nr properties detailed within the supporting information. Subsequent orders may be issued at the Associations discretion for 200Nr within Year 2, 200Nr within Year 3 and 200Nr within Year 4 of the Framework. Notwithstanding the above, the appointment to the Framework does not guarantee that orders will be placed with the provider.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in Regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015.
