AWARDED The Council is seeking to select and appoint one Contractor to perform and deliver electrical testing, maintenance and repairs, upgrading, rewiring, installation of electrical systems, emergency lighting, fire and Co detection, EV charging and renewable technology within its domestic general needs, sheltered housing stock to include block structures and communal facilities. Lot 1: Stevenage Borough Council is seeking to select and appoint one Contractor to perform and deliver electrical testing, maintenance and repairs, upgrading, rewiring, installation of electrical systems, emergency lighting, fire and Co detection, EV charging and renewable technology within its domestic general needs, sheltered housing stock to include block structures and communal facilities across the district.The contract will be for an initial term of 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years.
