The Councils Enterprise and Sustainable Development, Community and Enterprise Resources identified a requirement to appoint a specialist contractor for the demolition / deconstruction of the Centre West, East Kilbride, Shopping Centre. In order to secure best value for the Council, the Procurement Service identified a suitable and accessible Framework as follows: - - Framework: Scotland Excel (SXL) Demolition and Deconstruction Works - Lot 3: Works over 501,000.00 GBP - Framework Period: 21 May 2025 to 20 May 2029 The terms and conditions of this call-off contract are the SBCC Standard Building Contract without Quantities for use in Scotland 2016 Edition. Lot 1: The Procurement process was based on a call off by Mini Competition from the Scotland Excel (SXL) Demolition and Deconstruction Works. The Council's Procurement Service undertook the Mini Competition where contractors were invited on a Price / Quality basis.
