Award of Catering Advisor Contract

Description

The Scottish Government is looking to appoint an appropriately qualified andexperienced independent expert to monitor, review and advise on the current approach to catering and hospitality services while(i) Providing advice on all relevant legislation and/or industry best-practice,(ii) Operational and financial advice;(iii) Quality Monitoring of Catering services(iv) Technical and design services;(v) Assistance with tendering process of new Catering contract(vi) Soft FM advice and independent audit of cleaning services to BICSc standardThe following outline of requirements represents what the Scottish Government is seeking from the appointed Catering Advisor in terms of services to be provided. However, this may change as the requirement develops and the Catering Advisor will need to adapt accordingly.
