Melton Borough Council (hereinafter ‘the Employer’) are seeking to procure the design and construction,and rectification of any defects to various buildings (new and existing) and the associated external worksfor their project at the Stockyard in Melton Mowbray.The site is situated between Nottingham Road and Scalford Road in Melton Mowbray. The shortlisted Contractors are invited to submit tenders on a two-stage basis for the design andconstruction in accordance with the Employer’s Requirements.
