Orthotic Services - East Riding of Yorkshire

Description

The service will provide a community-based specialist orthotics service which includes diagnosis, treatment, and fitting, maintaining, and repairing of orthoses for children and adults of East Riding of Yorkshire. The service will provide a range of orthoses to enable people to regain and maintain optimum independence, the orthoses are provided to people with the following conditions: flat feet, diabetes, leg length discrepancy, foot drop, arthritis including osteoarthritis and rheumatoid, trauma, neurological disorder, foot deformity e.g. hallux valgus, pes cavus and stroke. Lot 1: The service will provide a community-based specialist orthotics service which includes diagnosis, treatment, and fitting, maintaining, and repairing of orthoses for children and adults of East Riding of Yorkshire. NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB are intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is £195,198 Contract term - 15/04/2026 - 31/03/2027
