Wellbeing Services (Richmond and Wandsworth)

Description

The London Boroughs of Richmond upon Thames and Wandsworth invite tenders for the provision of community-based Emotional Outreach and Wellbeing Services for adults (18+) with mental health needs. The services aim to prevent, reduce, and delay escalation of mental health needs through short-term, reablement-focused interventions that promote recovery, independence, and resilience. Delivery will include one-to-one sessions, group support, and in-reach to homes, with flexible engagement methods. Providers will work in partnership with health, social care, and voluntary sector organisations to address health inequalities and improve outcomes.
