Website redesign and redevelopment

Description

Capital City College (CCC) wishes to procure the services of a website redevelopment contractor to research, design, build and launch a new college website that becomes the college’s most effective recruitment, information and self-service channel. It is intended that the new website should be live ASAP and no later than 30.09.2027, the initial fixed term of the contract will include 12 months maintenance. Subject to satisfactory performance and agreement of rates the maintenance of the contract may be extended for a further four years in annual increments or as agreed between the parties up to a maximum term ending no later than 30 September 2032 to support longer term partnerships. The budget for the initial term of approximately 18 months is fixed at £250,000 including VAT. Please see the guidance for full details and a detailed project scope.
