Description

The scope of this tender is to procure an automated pharmacy storage and fulfilment solution capable of managing approximately 3,000+ pharmaceutical products across chilled (+2°C to +8°C) and ambient (+15°C to +24°C) environments, with future flexibility for ultra‑low‑temperature storage. The solution must incorporate an integrated inventory management system with full scan‑based tracking, expiry‑date control, SAP S4HANA EWM interfacing, multi‑order picking functionality, and automated tote labelling for downstream distribution. Mechanical and structural robustness, strong local engineering support, energy efficiency, cyber‑secure software, and the ability to safely expand storage capacity without major reconfiguration are also essential requirements to ensure reliability, productivity, and continuity of supply to pharmacies and hospital wards.
