Grounds Maintenance Services

Description

The contract is for the provision of grounds maintenance services across sites operated by Minerva Learning Trust. The services include routine and reactive grounds maintenance to maintain safe and well-presented external environments. The contract has been awarded following a further competition conducted under the Crescent Purchasing Consortium Grounds Maintenance Services Framework, in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Lot 1: The procurement relates to the provision of grounds maintenance services across multiple sites operated by Minerva Learning Trust. The services comprise routine and reactive grounds maintenance activities, including but not limited to grass cutting, hedge and bush maintenance, shrub bed maintenance, hard surfaces and associated seasonal works required to maintain safe and well-presented external environments. Services are to be delivered to defined performance standards, frequencies, and site-specific schedules, ensuring safe, compliant, and well-maintained external environments across the Trust. The contract has been awarded following a further competition under the Crescent Purchasing Consortium Grounds Maintenance Services Framework, in compliance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015.
