Procurement of staffing for TV production

Description

The procurement will cover the Storting's need for TV broadcasts of sessions in the Storting, as well as other TV broadcasts under the management of the Storting. This also includes the need for extended productions outside of the Storting, the hire of external production and coverage of major events. The central service in the framework agreement is the delivery of TV production. In order to achieve this, the chosen tenderer must have both systems and personnel suitable for this in its organisation. Such TV broadcasts are intended to ensure the flow of information from the Storting and to ensure that the general public has access to information about political processes, etc. The framework agreement has an initial duration of two years, with the possibility of extension for up to two years. The combined maximum duration of the framework agreement is thus four years.
