Safety consultancy services

Description

Norges teknisk-naturvitenskapelige universitet (NTNU) [the Norwegian University of Science and Technology], hereafter the client, wants to enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of advisory and consultancy services within security and preparedness. On the background of NTNU's size, complexity and scope, it is the intention to enter into a framework agreement with a minimum of three service providers within each service category, cf. the tender documentation point I.1.4). Services included in the category are advisory services on and assistance with planning and implementation of systematic security and preparedness, hereunder, but not limited to: • identification and determination of business goals and organisation for the work with security and preparedness; • development and improvement of governing documentation and governing systems for security and preparedness; • evaluation, development and review of the security and preparedness work. Services included in the category are advisory services on and assistance with risk management within security and preparedness, both at the process and system level in accordance with relevant central guidelines, hereunder, but not limited to: • stakeholder analysis; • value and threat assessments; • risk assessment and management; • follow-up and control of measures. Services included in the category are advisory services on and assistance with identification of the need for and implementation of skills upgrading and culture developing measures within security and preparedness, hereunder, but not limited to: • mapping of competence within security and preparedness; • development and implementation of skills upgrading measures; • development and implementation of culture developing measures; • evaluation and improvement of competence and culture developing measures. Services included in the category are advisory service about and assistance with, identification of the need for and implementation of training and exercises within security and preparedness, hereunder, but not limited to: • preparation of training and exercise plans; • planning and implementation of training and exercises; • evaluation of training and exercises and follow-up of measures. Services included in the category are advisory services about and assistance in connection with the management of major events, deviations and security breaches, hereunder, but not limited to: • participate as an observer or advisor in the management of events, deviations or security breaches; • planning and implementation of evaluation of events, deviations and security breaches. Services included in the category are advisory services about and assistance with measuring, evaluating and review of the security and preparedness work, hereunder, but not limited to: • identification and determination of relevant goals for the security and preparedness work; • planning, implementation and documentation of security tests, internal reviews and any other relevant measuring activities; • planning, implementation and documentation of external inspections, reviews and security tests; • follow-up of measured from deviations, risk assessments, inspections, security tests and reviews.
