Description

BIR Privat AS, org. No. 984 504 942, has decided to procure the product WasteIQ from the supplier KNOWWASTE AS, org.no. 920 018 734, in September 2018. WasteIQ is a system to summarise/collocate/distribute data between different trade systems and branch systems within waste and sanitation. The trade systems referred to here are Norconsult ISY ProAktiv and Reknes WMS, and waste systems from the suppliers Envac, Total Holding, Namdalen Ressurs and Strømberg. BIR Privat AS, org. WasteIQ is a system to summarise/collocate/distribute data between different trade systems and branch systems within waste and sanitation. The trade systems referred to here are Norconsult ISY ProAktiv and Reknes WMS, and waste systems from the suppliers Envac, Total Holding, Namdalen Ressurs and Strømberg. The data is used in different applications where there is a need for very accurate collocated data. An example is flexible fee models for private households, housing associations and businesses customers, which depend on processed data (production and transaction data) from different trade systems. The contracting authority is of the opinion that the product is unique and cannot be offered by others in the market. This includes the given deadlines when WasteIQ must be in use at the company BIR Privat AS as a replacement for the existing, vital system, BossID. The procurement is therefore being made in accordance with FOA § 13-4 B)2.
