21/16697 Seat cushions to prevent pressure ulcers

Description

The procurement will cover different types of seat cushions with pressure ulcer preventing qualities, as well as the accompanying accessories and spare parts. The procurement is split into sub-contracts for the best possible coverage of the users' needs. Contracts will be signed for each sub-contract with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs. Parallel framework agreements will be signed in sub-contracts 3, 5, 7, and 8 for seat cushions from minimum two tenderers, provided that there is a sufficient number of suitable tenderers and tenders. In the other sub-contracts, contracts will be signed for each sub-contract with a sufficient number of tenderers to cover the majority of the users' needs. There can, therefore, be variations from sub-contract to sub-contract regarding whether a framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer, or whether parallel framework agreements will be signed. An estimate has been given for the total value for the procurement. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value. Lot 1: Sub-contract 1 - Simple seat cushions Procurement of simple seat cushions. An estimated total value has been given for the sub-contract. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value. Lot 2: Sub-contract 2 - Seat cushions that cannot be adjusted - low model Procurement of seat cushions that cannot be adjusted - low model, with accessories and spare parts. An estimated total value has been given for the sub-contract. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value. Lot 3: Sub-contract 3 - Seat cushions that cannot be adjusted - high model Procurement of seat cushions that cannot be adjusted - hight model, with accessories and spare parts. An estimated total value has been given for the sub-contract. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value. Lot 4: Sub-contract 4 - Seat cushions that can be adjusted - low model Procurement of seat cushions that can be adjusted - low model, with accessories and spare parts. An estimated total value has been given for the sub-contract. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value. Lot 5: Sub-contract 5 - Seat cushions that can be adjusted - high model Procurement of seat cushions that can be adjusted - high model, with accessories and spare parts. An estimated total value has been given for the sub-contract. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value. Lot 6: Sub-contract 6 - seat cushions for positioning with the use of a pump Procurement of seat cushions for positioning with the use of a pump, with accessories and spare parts. An estimated total value has been given for the sub-contract. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value. Lot 7: Sub-contract 7 - seat cushions for positioning without the use of a pump Procurement of seat cushions for positioning without the use of a pump, with accessories and spare parts. An estimated total value has been given for the sub-contract. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value. Lot 8: Sub-contract 8 - Seat cushions that provide good stability during transfers Procurement of seat cushions that provide good stability during transfers, with accessories and spare parts. An estimated total value has been given for the sub-contract. The maximum total value per sub-contract can be up to 40% higher than the estimated total value. Lot 9: Tender submission Sub-contract 9 is not an actual competition, but only for document submission (tender submission). Only a signed tender letter shall be uploaded for the sub-contract in question for the sub-contracts that tenderers would like to submit a tender for. The same tender letter is to be uploaded for the relevant sub-contracts. All other documentation included in the tender (the complete tender including the tender letter) is to be submitted together in this sub-contract 'tender submission'.
