Description

The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a Framework Agreement for licence consultancy, the procurement of licences and software. Option for other advisory consultancy services such as assistance in connection with internal licence audits, etc. The aim of the procurement is to get licence consultancy services, reduce procurement costs and ensure checks on licensed software. The contract comprises the tenderer's entire assortment for the products specified in the tender contest and should be able to be purchased with the same price mechanism. The Contracting Authority currently uses products from the following suppliers: Microsoft, Adobe, Citrix, Autodesk, Trend and Oracle, etc. The Contracting Authority intends to enter into an agreement with (1) one provider. The annual contract value is estimated to 2 500 000 NOK excluding VAT. The value is an estimate and must therefore be considered non binding. See part 2, requirement specifications, for further information. Lots and alternative tenders Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that this is not suitable.
