WHA FIRE SYSTEMS INSTALLATION, SERVICING AND REPAIRS

Description

To fulfil its obligations under the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 in regard to the provision and maintenance of appropriate fire safety equipment, Wandle Housing Association (WHA) is seeking bids to put in place a contract for reactive and planned preventative maintenance for all fire systems at WHA residential premises that are owned, managed and/or maintained by WHA in accordance with the relevant British and industry standards. The contract will also include the replacement and installation of appropriate fire equipment when identified. Wandle believes that the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 do apply to this contract at its commencement. . Suppliers are request the TUPE information from Wandle. This must be done via the return of “TUPE Confidentiality Agreement” using the messaging function of the project on ProContract, . Wandle reserves the right to exclude Suppliers from this Tendering Procedure, where they do not request this information.
