Athletics Track & Football Pitch Replacements with Associated Repairs to Various Schools - Summer 2025

Resurface 3 no. 5-aside pitches 3G pitches and 1 larger 3G pitch at Woodfarm High School, resurface running track & long jump at Eastwood High School and carry out identified repairs to MUGA pitch at Joint Faith Campus. Work to be carried out simultaneously and all sites are within East Renfrewshire Council region. Lot 1: Resurface 3 no. 5-aside pitches 3G pitches and 1 larger 3G pitch at Woodfarm High School, resurface running track & long jump at Eastwood High School and carry out identified repairs to MUGA pitch at Joint Faith Campus. Work to be carried out simultaneously and all sites are within East Renfrewshire Council region. Contractor must be able to deliver all pitch works including all associated works including but not limited to fencing repairs, floodlighting upgrades and general pitch subbase repairs as required within the 6 week school summer holidays. Contractor must be able to deliver resurfacing of the running track within 13 weeks and utilising the full 6 week school summer holidays.. Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 8 and 9 of the Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016.
