This RFT relates to the provision of second- and third-level support and maintenance for GSOC's storage and backup hardware and software systems and is comprised of two lots. Lot 1 covers: • An EMC Clariion CX300 Storage Area Network (SAN) • Navisphere and Powerpath software • SAN fabric including fibre switches; Lot 2 covers: • A Dell DR4000 de-duplication NAS device • A Quantum LTO3 tape drive • EMC Legato Networker backup software
