Description

The main JV North Framework 2021-2025 contained a lot for Valuation Services, however, this was under subscribed. JV North is seeking to appoint Consultants to this DPS for the provision of Valuation Services. Tenderers will be required to demonstrate a good understanding of the construction of market such as housing for rent, housing for sale, intermediate and social housing together with associated community amenities and infrastructure and an ability to provide detailed, accurate valuation services on time and to budget.The Consultancy work will primarily focus on new build housing, however, there may be occasions when valuations for existing stock and land holdings are required. As above, Tenderers will be required to demonstrate a good understanding of the affordable housing sector in this regard. It should be noted that for the extent of this framework arrangement exercise JV North Limited will not be the party entering into the Contracts but it will be the individual client members of JV North Limited. Members can join the JV North Consortium throughout the entirety of this contract and so members numbers may differThe "Client" will comprise the named councils, and the named Registered Providers (RPs), including any wholly-owned subsidiaries of any such Council, or RP within their respective groups, and any corporate entities such as joint venture vehicles in which any such RPs or Council hold a formal ownership interest), and any other Council or Registered Providers or affordable housing providers, wholly owned subsidiaries or any corporate entities as mentioned that elect to join the client in accordance with its membership rules.Bury Metropolitan Borough Council, Cheshire Peaks & Plains Housing Trust Limited, ‘Johnnie’ Johnson Developments Limited, ‘Johnnie’ Johnson Housing Trust Limited, Muir Group Housing Association Limited, One Manchester Limited, One Vision Housing Limited, Pine Court Housing Association Limited, Plus Dane Housing Limited, Steve Biko Housing Association, Stockport Homes Limited, Torus62, Trafford Housing Trust, The Sovini Group, The Metropolitan Borough Council of Stockport, Weaver Vale Housing Trust Limited, Wythenshawe Community Housing Group Limited.The Consultancy work will primarily focus on new build housing, however, there may be occasions when valuations for existing stock and land holdings are required.
