Lot 1: Nursery Provision There are currently 48 children accessing statutory funded childcare provision through this provider The service has advised that: Immediate termination of provision would significantly disrupt childcare arrangements for children and families. Alternative providers are unlikely to have sufficient capacity to accommodate all affected children within the required timescales. Continuation of provision is required to support delivery of the Council's statutory duties in relation to funded ELC. Failure to maintain continuity of service would present operational, reputational and service delivery risks for the Council.
