The works include, but may not be limited to; Temporary perimeter fencing Disconnection and pot-ending of services Removal and disposal of asbestos Demolition of building Processing and disposal of steelwork, reinforced concrete, blockwork and brickwork Disposal of all materials off site The demolition of both buildings will be tendered as one project.
