Description

The London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham has awarded a contract for the provision of an Information Asset Register (IAR) solution to Oyster Information Management Solutions Limited, delivering the OneTrust Information Management System (IMS). The contract provides a corporate Information Asset Register solution to support the Council's statutory obligations under the UK GDPR, Data Protection Act 2018, and associated information governance requirements. The OneTrust solution enables the Council to: Maintain a single, authoritative register of information assets Record and manage Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) in line with Article 30 UK GDPR Undertake data mapping across systems and services Support the delivery and management of Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) Improve oversight of data processing, ownership, and risk management across the organisation
