Description

The competition concerns a contract for the delivery of MOM systems for management, operation and maintenance. An MOM system is an IT system that is tailor-made for property and has customised functionality for property management work processes. A comprehensive digital system for property management will be procured to ensure stable, predictable and cost efficient operation of the municipality's buildings and properties. The program/system must address: — property management, — leasing of municipal properties, — maintenance of properties, — cleaning, — water and sewage, — roads. See the procurement documentation for more information. The contract is subject to sufficient budget resources. A draft of the tender documentation is attached to this qualification documentation. The contracting authority reserves the right to make smaller, unsubstantial alterations of the documentation prior to inviting the tenderers to submit tenders. Background for selection of competition form. The contracting authority indicates that the exceptions according to the regulations §13-2 a, c and d will apply to the procurement. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is most appropriate to have one contractual partner.
