The Contracting Authority (Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology) intends to award a contract under the open procedure for renovation/upgrade works at our GMIT CCAM Campus, Monivea Road Galway. Works required are as follows; • Undertaking of role of project supervisor construction stage (PSCS) • Demolition as outlined • Construction of new walls partition walls: (a) 2.4m High Partition Room 127,(b) Full Height Partitions Cluain Mhuire Hall, (c) Full Height Partition Annex Cluain Mhuire Hall. • Repainting of new partitions and alteration works and rooms adjacent to Fas Building. • Construction and Painting of new Infinity Wall. • Supply & Install new timber flooring adjacent new Infinity Wall. • Supply & Install Blackout Shutters to Wellpark Room. 5 Valid Tenders Received. Contract Awarded 10.09.2018 to: Cosier Homes Limited, Stripe, Furbo, Co Galway. Contract awarded on lowest price.
