The Department for Infrastructure (DFI) is preparing to initiate a procurement process to appoint a Contractor to provide a modern reliable ferry service between Rathlin Island and Ballycastle. At this stage, Department for Infrastructure wishes to establish the level of market interest to inform any subsequent procurement process.
