250081 - Pre Market Engagement (PME) for Provision of Flowers and Plants for Hire

The University wishes to engage with potential suppliers to Queen’s to provide hiring, delivery and installation of plants and flowers for staging the Sir William Whitla Hall and other venues around Queen's campus for the purpose of Summer and Winter Graduation and other ad hoc events as and when required. The purpose of this exercise is to gain a better understanding of the market potential for providing this service. This will provide interested providers with the opportunity to obtain further information relating to the University’s requirements and also provide the University with the opportunity to obtain feedback from the marketplace. <br /><br />Pre Market Engagement:<br /><br />At this stage in the project, Queen’s University Belfast (Queen’s) would like suppliers of Flowers and Plants for hire to provide information on their capabilities to meet the requirements of Queen’s. Queen’s is not looking for full proposals or undertaking a procurement exercise at this stage but is looking to understand what capabilities are available in the market. <br /><br />Queen’s would like suppliers to respond to this information request by completing Appendix 1 - Questionnaire.<br /><br />Responses to this should be uploaded via the In-Tend portal by 4.00pm on Friday, 29 August 2025.
