Connexus Homes Limited is a social landlord delivering in-house electrical, repairs and maintenance and periodic testing, with the support of contractors. The purpose of this service will be to provide reassurance regarding the Group's approach to electrical safety and ensure that compliance information reported to Senior Management and Board level is accurate and that high levels of safety are being achieved. The Group is committed to providing excellent homes and services and ensuring that its customers live in safe, quality homes by ensuring that compliance areas are managed to the highest standards. The quality assurance audits are required to ensure the Group's safety commitment to its customers and staff is achieved. We are looking to appoint an independent 3rd Party Auditor, with the sole purpose of giving the organisation ongoing feedback on the safe working of all its in-house engineers work, and that of employed contractors and sub-contractors. This feedback will be used by us to improve standards, training and support to our engineers and staff, and also that of our contractors.
