The procurement of an electron microscope in the NORTEM II project where we will purchase a microscope for Oslo and Trondheim. . This is an INFRA project that has received funding from the Research Council of Norway, where SINTEF, NTNU and UiO are collaborating partners. Lot 1: Aberration-corrected (probe-corrected) transmission electron microscope An aberration-corrected (probe-corrected) high-resolution transmission electron microscope equipped with cameras and detectors to study electronic and optical characteristics on the length scales of individual nanostructures.
