Description

This solution is for the provision of Executive Recruitment services. NEPO525 – Executive Recruitment is a single Lot Solution comprising of eight (8) Suppliers. The Solution offers Contracting Authorities the option to recruit Executive Level candidates into Permanent and Fixed-Term contracts, defined below: Permanent Contract - Indefinite agreement between the Contracting Authority and the Candidate, whereby the candidate is expected to work full-time hours (confirmed by the Contracting Authority at the point of Call-Off). Fixed-Term Contract – Agreement between the Contracting Authority and the Candidate, whereby the candidate has an employment contract that ends on a particular date.
