Building Safety Levy Regulations Module

Description

North Tyneside Council intends to procure a Building Safety Levy software module to support compliance with the new levy requirements and ensure the service is ready in advance of the 1st October 2026 go-live date. The proposed BSL module is designed to support the administration of BSL cases, integrate with Building Control and finance systems, assist with calculation and audit trail requirements, support reporting and returns through the government DELTA process, and provide ongoing maintenance, updates and support. The procurement will cover the purchase, deployment, configuration, integration and ongoing support of the module. This notice is to confirm the direct award of the contract under the GCA Framework G-Cloud 14.
