ECMWF, as one of the Entrusted Entities for the Destination Earth (DestinE) initiative, invites Tenders for the provision of services for the development of an opensource European probabilistic regional data-driven modelling system, capable of making state-of-the-art high-resolution Earth system predictions on configurable European domains. Kindly note that an extension to the deadline for receipt of tenders is not anticipated and any such requests for an extension should be avoided. ECMWF is an intergovernmental organisation which follows its own procurement rules and procedures. While these procedures adhere to internationally recognised procurement principles and practices, they are different from the UK or EU public procurement acts, regimes or regulations. We can therefore confirm that ECMWF does not require suppliers to be registered on the UK Central Digital Platform (CDP) nor provide any information in relation to this when responding to any of the procurement exercises conducted by ECMWF via the Proactis eProcurement Portal.
