Office cleaning services

Description

Central Procurement Directorate (CPD), on behalf of the participating bodies listed is seeking to establish a contract for the provision of cleaning, catering and ancillary services at locations throughout Northern Ireland. The contract is structured across 3 Lots and the outline scope of each Lot is as follows: Lot 1 — circa. 190 buildings with an estimated annual value of 3 000 000 GBP, including 7 buildings requiring catering services; Lot 2 — circa. 163 buildings with an estimated annual value of 2 000 000 GBP, including 5 buildings requiring catering services; and Lot 3 — circa. 73 buildings with an estimated annual value of 4 000 000 GBP, including 1 building requiring catering services. The number of buildings to be serviced within each Lot may change as a result of the implementation of the Reform of Property Management Programme and the planned on boarding of participating bodies.
