The consultant(s) must be able to contribute as external support in procurement-related assessments in the planning, implementation and contracting phases. DNO&B (Den Norske Opera & Ballett) shall in the future period have focus on IT procurements, technical upgrades and various other service and goods contracts, both in relation to our business in particular and generally.
