Invitation to Tender - Legal Services

Description

The Courts Service invites responses (“Tenders”) to this Request for Tenders (“RFT”) from firms of solicitors authorised to practice in Ireland who wish to be considered for selection for appointment as a provider of legal services, as specified in Appendix 2 to this RFT (“the Services”), to the Courts Service. The Services are divided into two Categories of Services (Category 1 Services: general legal advice and legal representation; and Category 2 Services: drafting services, legal advice on the Courts Acts and legal representation for the court rules committees). Tenderers may tender for one or both of those categories, and references in this RFT to “the Services”, “Category 1 Services” and “Category 2 Services” shall be construed accordingly.
