Contracts for provision of Facilities Management and Property Management services

Description

Three separate procurement exercises were undertaken by NGUK Ltd for Hard FM services, Soft FM services, and property management services and the contracts were entered into during 2016 to 31 March 2023 and 31 May 2023. Lot 1: Following fully regulated procurement processes conducted under the Utilities Contracts Regulations 2016, the contract for Hard FM services was awarded to CBRE, the Soft FM services contract was awarded to Compass Contract Services (UK) Limited, and the land and property management and account management contract was awarded to Dalcour Maclaren to provide these essential services to National Grid's offices, estates, and assets. NGUK intends to award a limited contract extension to CBRE for the period 31 May 2023 to 21 September 2023. NGUK intends to award a limited contract extension to Compass Contract Services (UK) Limited for the period 31 March 2023 to 21 September 2023. NGUK intends to award a limited contract extension to Dalcour Maclaren for the period 31 March 2023 to 21 September 2023.
