PIN - Hard FM - Lifecycle Component Replacement Projects DPS, 2026

Aberdeenshire Council are looking to establish a framework of contractors for the delivery of their Lifecycle Component Replacement projects across their estate. We are looking to Tender for this opportunity on the 6th January, moving from PCS to PCS-T, which is a full electronic system from which we can run our mini-competitions from. As this maybe new to some suppliers, we have organised a course (Aligned Tender Training), through The Supplier Development Programme (SDP). More details will be provided once the Tender Notice is published. Lot 1: This framework is to address the Council's Lifecycle Component Replacement projects which covers Works required to maintain the operational life of a Council building. Recent examples include: - Boiler upgrades - Window replacements - Roof replacements - Electrical rewires - External resurfacing works This is just a snapshot of the various trades which may be required.
