This multi-party Framework is for the Provision of Commercial, Cost Intelligence and Risk Support Services for Irish Water. The Framework will be split into two Lots: • Lot 1 –Commercial, Cost Intelligence and Risk Support Services associated with Infrastructure Projects: • Lot 2 – Commercial, Cost Intelligence and Risk Support Services associated with non-Infrastructure Projects This Framework will provide support primarily to the Infrastructure Delivery function and IW Operations by providing SME’s to support and develop the Commercial function over the next 3 to 5 years.
