The aim of the contract is to cover the contracting authority's need for the delivery of electricity to participating municipalities and companies in this competition. The assignment also includes services relating to portfolio management and tools for energy monitoring. Roughly 110.000.000 kWh/year, and 1250 measurement points. Explanation of value assessment - net consumption (excluding markup): Scope: The volatile electricity price market means that it is difficult to predict the contract's potential highest total value, as it will largely depend on the future pricing in NO3. The average electricity price in NO3 in 2022 was NOK 0.4264 excluding VAT/kWh, and we have statistics that show that the delivery is approx. 110,000,000 kWh/annum. Due to the uncertainty of electricity prices, which can swing both ways, the contest is therefore announced with an upper net limit of NOK 200,000,000 excluding VAT (excluding markup).
