SLT Connect Leadership Development

Ordnance Survey has entered into a contract with The Performants Group Limited (trading as T-minus) for the provision of leadership development and facilitation services to support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) Connect programme. The contract supports OS in strengthening senior leadership capability and collective leadership effectiveness as part of its wider organisational transformation and delivery of its business strategy to 2030. The requirement is intended to improve enterprise-wide decision-making, accountability, strategy execution and leadership performance across the organisation. The scope of the contract includes: • Co-design of a system-focused leadership development intervention aligned to the OS Leadership Framework and organisational priorities. • Co-facilitation and delivery of the Senior Leadership Team Connect event, including the use of appropriate leadership development, coaching and systems-thinking approaches. • Production of session outputs, including materials, behavioural insights, recommendations and a post-event report to support sustained leadership development and organisational performance improvement. The Supplier will be responsible for delivering the services in accordance with the contract, including stakeholder engagement, co-design activities, event delivery, reporting, governance, performance management and recommendations to support continuous leadership development and improvement. ## Contract award
