Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) for Construction of Trenton Square Paving Repairs Issued by: Jersey Development Company Issue Date: 01/04/2026 EOI Reference: TS EOI 01Apr26 Overview Jersey Development Company on behalf of the Government of Jersey, invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced locally based main contractors for the delivery of Trenton Square granite paving repairs in St. Helier, Jersey. Project Scope The hard landscaped areas of Trenton Square are showing localised signs of settlement and cracking to the paved areas. These areas are in the main located around IFC5 which was the first IFC building to be constructed and are on the main public walk through for Trenton Square. We need to carry out repair works to the area so that trip hazards are eliminated and to keep the high level of finishes for the area. Eligibility Criteria As part of the pre-qualification process interested parties must demonstrate: • That they are established locally in Jersey • Have proven experience in delivering construction projects of comparable scale and complexity • Commitment to sustainability and social value outcomes • Robust health and safety record • Capacity to mobilise and deliver within the proposed timeframe • That they are an active member of the Jersey Safety Council Behavioural Safety Scheme. Submission Details EOIs must be submitted by 12:00 on 10th April 2026 via the Proactics portal. Please do not make an EOI submission if you are unable to prove eligibility criteria at next stage of procurement. Any queries should be submitted following registration of interest, via the Proactics/Procontract portal using the messaging function within the “my activities” area. Following receipt of EOIs, shortlisted candidates will be required to complete a formal pre-qualification stage prior to being considered as eligible for invitation to participate in a formal tender process.
