Provision of Fundraising Growth Consultancy Lot 1: HES requires a supplier to support accelerated fundraising growth by ensuring we have a clear, agreed ambition for fundraising and are internally aligned to deliver it. Three areas of focus under the contract will be: 1. Development of clear and compelling fundraising messaging designed with supporters in mind 2. Realignment of internal processes to support fundraising activity 3. Creation of meaningful, ambitious and feasible targets for fundraising across HES, identifying dependencies, opportunities and barriers to success The full specification of requirement can be found in the attached documentation.
