Description

(A) The Council has resolved to procure the provision of extra care services (“the Service”) at Solihull Retirement Village consisting of a Housing Management and Integrated Care and Support services for persons aged 55 or over. (B) The Landlord is the leasehold owner of the premises known as, Solihull Retirement Village aforesaid (“the Premises”), and provides the accommodation to the Tenants and the Leaseholders and has agreed to allow the Provider to provide services in the premises. (C) The Parties have agreed that the Landlord will provide the Housing Management Services and the Provider will provide the Integrated Care and Support “the Services”. ## Contract award Title: SOL30141 Extra Care at Solihull Retirement Village (Shirley)
