Alteration Works at MPH (Outpatient Pharmacy & Associated Decants)

Description

The Works are to be carried out in four separate areas of Musgrove Park Hospital and as four phases as below: Section 1 - Starling Clinic alterations are to carry out internal strip out works, carry out minor alterations to remove an office and enlarge another office within the part portacabin constructed unit, complete with finishes, minor mechanical and electrical alterations. This phase is to have a 5 week contract period. Section 2 - Dietetics alterations are at Level 1 of the Duchess Building and are to carry out internal strip out, carry out minor alterations to remove internal walls and block up openings complete with finishes, minor mechanical and electrical alterations. This phase is to have a 3 week contract period. Section 3 - Endocrinology on the ground floor of the Duchess Building are to form new access ramp and entrance. This phase is to have a 3 week contract period. Section 4 - Outpatients Pharmacy are at ground floor level of the Duchess Building and are to carry out internal strip out , carry out alterations to remove walls, doors etc to form open area complete with finishes, minor mechanical and electrical alterations. This phase is to have a 10 week contract period. ## Contract award
