The contract is for the provision of handling staff for the European Parliament building complex in Luxembourg. The contractor undertakes to occasionally also make one or more exterior lifts available, at the European Parliament's request, in order to load and unload goods. The contract primarily involves the provision of at least 2 on-site staff for the handling service, as well as an additional 3 handling staff primarily responsible for loading and unloading goods. An additional 25 handling staff will be required over a period of around 4 months for the relocation to the new building.
